Ford Mondeo LPG fault

We bought a 2002 factory fitted Ford LPG Mondeo from new. At first the LPG seemed wonderful. But we started having problems with the gas system after about a year. The engine would stall when automatically switching to gas when started from cold and would occasionally cut out when idling. The fault seemed to get worse week by week and eventually it stopped switching over to gas altogether. After a lot of to and fro-ing and ear bending Ford replaced the whole system (Tank, Computer, Injectors) under warranty. This cured the problem. But now 1 year out of warrantly the problem is starting again. Anyone else experienced this or know what may be wrong.
