The II World Fair of NGV, Biogas and H2V will take place next 25-27 September 2008 in the renowned event site Fiera Lingotto of Turin, Italy; the same place where in the past the Italian Motor Show was held. The first World Fair, last 2005 in Bolzano, gathered so many vehicle makers that the Bolzano Government used to name it as The NGV Motor Show.
On last October, the first automaker booked its place in the event, Citroën.
During the second week of November an even bigger space was booked by the Fiat Group representing five companies: Fiat Auto, IVECO, Fiat Research Center, Fiat Powertrain Technologies and Magneti-Marelli.
In addition, Fiat Group is since now Sponsor Gold of the II World Fair, for which we thank them.
With almost one year to the event, there are already negotiations with other vehicles manufacturers like Daimler Mercedes Evobus, Bredamenarini Bus, Volvo Bus and from the car side, Opel-GM, BMW, Audi and others.
In anticipation of what will surely happen, the organizers have prepared also a big outside expo place right in front of the pavilion entrance, where there will be a refuelling station.
On the part of the NGV industry, the support is massive, 60% of available space has already been taken by companies from Italy, UK, Norway, Argentina, India.
