Misfiring V40

Hi All,
I've got a 2003 Volvo V40 Bi-fuel (factory fitted) which has developed a misfire on gas at low revs, ie up to 3000 rpm. It started as an occasional miss about 4 months ago but has got worse so now I have to change down to accelerate on the flat ! It's done 65000 miles, was serviced at 60 and is fine on petrol.
Has anyone else had this problem ? Any info appreciated.
