OMVL Regulator Tech Documents??

I have an OMVL regulator on my GM vehicle. Carburretor on the engine, not EFI
Does OMVL publish a tech manual on how to set up/tune the regulator? Or can someone give me a good explanation of the function of the two screws on the side of the regulator and how to set them.
