Easy Peasy - Use red (Propane) bottle. Make-up pipe & connections to go between bottle & vehicle filler connector (DO NOT use a regulator on bottle). Connect this pipe (one end to bottle, the other to the normal vehicle LPG filler connector), then open gas-bottle valve. Turn gas-bottle upside down &, as it starts to get a bit empty, pour some hot-water over the bottle (warming the bottle increases the pressure within the bottle beyond the pressure in the vehicle's tank) ......... job done! Be careful, GAS EXPLODES.
As a farmer, I guess what you really want to do is take gas from your large domestic LPG tank ....... can be done without pumps etc if your tank has a valve on the base (*all tanks are different). Best to have a quiet word with the driver next time your tank is filled - they're just normal working guys doing a job & most will give off-record advice.
